In this world where everything seems to be coming apart at the seems and chaos seems to be winning, it’s nice to know that you have someone in your corner that can make life worth living. For me, it’s God first, my son second, and my love, Henry.
11 Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. 2 For by it the people of old received their commendation. 3 By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible.
This makes me think all of the people out there that say,”I’ll see it when I believe it.” You don’t need to see air to know you’re breathing it. You don’t need to see love to know you’re feeling it; so, why do you need to see God to know he exists? Faith means knowing and believing that He is watching over us, and that He has a plan for each of us. Faith is knowing that He is patient, benevolent, and that He understands that we all fall short, but He loves us anyway.
Having faith means that you know He will not put more on you than you are capable of handling. He will not forsake you, even when you are your lowest. He is always there to lift you up. You need only to reach out to Him. He is there.
Have faith through the dark times, and never lose faith, because God has something in store for all of us when we go to His kingdom.
Until Next Time, God Bless
